As soon as an order is confirmed our logistics team swings into action to plan all the component parts of a temporary storage building installation so that we can deliver and erect the structure as quickly and efficiently as possible.

The particular stock/equipment is reserved for that particular contract so that it is available to load along with any specific client requests - doors, lighting, heating etc. At this stage a final site survey is often carried out by our site manager for the contract, who confirms with the client the details of door positioning etc, so that the correct parts can be identified and allocated.

Our crews, almost without exception, work with telescopic reach forklifts and scissor lifts when on site to enable them to erect the framework quickly and safely. Anchorage of the structure can be effected by a variety of methods - steel pins, rawl bolts, clamp bolts or in a very few exceptional cases ‘duck-bill’ anchors.

The framework of the temporary storage building is erected by assembling the portal frame on the ground - pushing it up with the forklift and then locking it off with intermediate purlins.

The roof covers are then pulled through the channelling in the aluminium roof beams and the steel wall or insulated wall cladding is installed into its own channelling to complete the building.

Finally accessories like doors, heating and lighting are installed to each particular customers requirements.
